A.Multi-hole revolving spheral suspended packing
As to domestic sewage treatment , multi-hole revolving sphere suspended packing is the latest series product in various packing ofbiological film method . The characteristics of the product : The packing is made of polyethylene, divided into double layer sphere. The exterior is fish netlike sphere , the interior is revolving sphere. In the using process, the microorganism produces film quickly, the creature film sheds off easily , anti-acid and alkali, resists aging , not easily influences by the water current ,has long lifetime, endures creature degradation , leaves very little mud , and install very easily.

B.Inner installed suspended packing
|
The inner installed suspended packing is made up of gridding sphere shell body and inner installed carrier . The shell body is molded by shell macromolecule polymer . The surface of the sphere like gridding opening hole. The material of the inner installed carrier is aldehyde vinylon silk and polyethylene flat silk . The former sets up an axostyle on which there are two buttons . Each button is fixed with bunches of aldehyde vinylon silk .The fibrous silk sways freely following the water current in the water body . The latter using polyethylene as material pull into thin flat silk like paring . Then uses the paring silk with conglobation filling into the shell body . It can be directly put in the reactor without fixed framework .This product has the advantages of less investment , good adaptability , easily producing films , large specific surface area , without the need of recycling handling , easy managing and running ect. This product can be applied to many fields , such as the waste water treatment of chemical engineering ,textile , printing and dyeing , pharmacy , paper making , food processing and the living sewage treatment .

7.High efficiency changing fibrous ball packing
|
The high efficiency changing fibrous ball packing is suitably used in the fine filter of oiliness sewage in oil field and fine treatment of industrial waste water in the other situation .
The principle of changing fibrous ball wiping off the oil and organic matter is : directly and inertially head off , electrochemistry adsorption .The water containing oil before filter ≤ 15mg/1,suspending matter ≤ 10mg /1;The water containing oil after filter ≤ 5mg/1,suspending matter ≤ 2mg/1,granules ≤ 2 μ m.
By transforming the surface of the fibrous ball , strengthen the capability of absorbing the oil and organic matter. As the new ligation method of the fibrous ball , the hole gap of filter layer gradually minish when working, making the filter material becoming more and more ideal with the distribution of large hole above and little hole below .These strengthen the filter effect. The speed is so high that can reaching 25~30m/h .The filter material needs to add 10% annually or so , does not need replacement .
After changing the nature , the fibrous silk gets close to water, keeps away from the oil ,has good capability of repeating wash and rebirth .It is the fine percolation equipments of greasy dirt water treatment present .

8.Hexangular honeycomb packing
|
There are two kinds of hexangular honeycomb packing , straight pipe and tilted pipe .The straight pipe is mainly used in high load biological filter pool , tower biological filter pool , submergered biological pool (bio-chemical ), the microorganism carrier of biological turnplate, carrying on the bio-chemical treatment of industrial organic waste water and city sewage .Its main characteristics is :treatment efficiency is higher than activated sludge method ,occupies little ground ; does not need the dirt mud refluence ;little quantity of dirt mud , strong adaptability and stability .
Tilted pipe has three types , PP, PVC , PP and PVC gather .Especially the PP and PVC gather pipe has strong tenacity ,rigid construction , does not distort and crack , resists aging , has long life-span .This product is a set of mature water treatment equipment, widely used in water supply and drain project at present .
• Large wet border , little waterpower radii ;
• Good laminar flow situation , granules sedimentation do not disturb by confused current.
• When the length of the tilted pipe is 1 metre , the payload designed by 3-5T /metre .When VO is controlled at 2.5-3.0mm/second ,the water quantity is best .
The treatment capability of using tilted pipe deposition pool is 3-5 times higher than even flow type precipitate pool ,2 times higher than acceleration clarified pool and pulse clarified pool . |
