1.Soft fibrous packing series
General introduction

Soft fibrous packing is a new type of biological film carrier using biological contact oxidation method and anaerobic zymotechnics to deal with waste water . It has many advantages : such as large specific surface area and high using efficiency , the void can changes and doesn't jam , great applicability,low cost , less freight , easy installation ect. Nowadays it has been widely used in printing and dyeing , silk , feather textile ,food, pharmacy . petro-chemistry , paper making , hemp textile , hospital,cyanogens waste water treatment ect.

Structure and characteristics

Improved soft packing is makeup to cell fasciculus of certain length , through spined twisted fibrous rope link with equally distributing plastic wafer .This product changes and conquers the primary central rope filoselle knot, uneven pull resistance ,easily breaking in running , the fibrous threads difficultly opens out in the water in landscape orientation ,distributing not evenly , deflection, biological film knot , low practical surface area , short life time ect. Measuringed by the relative department , the using rate of the improved soft packing increases one time .

Using scope

The appearance of the second and the third series products are the result of improved development. Their capability changes a lot , and applicable scope is larger . D2, D3 , E2 ,E3 types are adapt to be used in printing and dyeing , refining and dyeing , feather textile , carpet making , cotton textile , silk making , pharmacy , cyanogens contained ,petro-chemistry and other industrial waste water and living sewage . A2, A3, B2, B3, C2 ,C3 types are used in hemp textile , alcohol , sugar making , paper making , food , ferment and the anaerobic treatment of high concentration waste water .

2.Half soft packing

General introduction : Half soft packing is composed of three parts , single slice of packing , plastic thimble and central rope .Each part uses polypropylene and polyethylene of low density , acid resistance ,alkali resistance, aging resistance as material .After melting , the round slice with the central hole radiating forth like sting is the main body. The central rope runs through the central hole of each slice one by one and links together with certain length . The space between the slice is fixed by the nesting plastic pipes .This product has many advantages , such as long life time , easy production and installation . As the good framework intensity , the packing does not drop and twist after forming the film. High scattering heat capability , little resistance , good capability in water distribution and gas distribution ， growing film easily ,having the capability of exchanging froth,better utilizing the oxygen in the water. The half soft packing is applied in swage and waste water treatment process , also used with the equipment such as contact oxidation tower pool and tank. The commonly use specification .: 120mm, 150mm .We can make the products to meet the customers' requirement .

Combined double rings packing combines the advantages of soft packing and half soft packing ,conquers their disadvantages .They are ideal products used in bio-chemistry treatment process of sewage . The product depends on plastic rings as its framework ,loading the vinylon silk which fixed firmly on plastic rings . The silk bunches distribute evenly in the water ,easily producing and changing films, good applicability to sewage concentration .

The combined multi-hole ring packing is made up of plastic ring (framework ), soft fibrous bunch and central rope .There are 40 square holes and 8 bunches of aldehyded silk around the plastic ring . Each bunch silk colludes 4 square holes , so the aldehyded silk fixes firmly on the ring . The product is the ideal packing used in strong hydrosphere current of rushing water . The multi-hole ring packing and the combined double ring are similar when they are used in bio-chemistry treatment process of waste water .

4.Solid elastic packing

General introduction : solid elastic packing is one of the common packing used in organic waste water biological treatment reactor . The surface of the elastic silk forms the ripple with sting., so it enhances the specific surface area and is advantageous to the function that the microorganism adhere to . The silk takes the central rope as the axes to present the spiral to show the radiation form and stretches well in the water , so the solid distributes evenly .The elastic silk of some rigid can carries on the multi -layer collision and incision of filled oxygen bubble, so enhancing the transfer rate of oxygen and the motive efficiency of filling oxygen . At the same time the silk is impacted by the gas and water current , producing slightly quiver and forming confused flow . These increase the water (organic matter ), gas (oxygen ) contacting the microorganism , also improves passing matter effect , promotes the metabolism of the microorganism and enhance the treatment efficiency of the waste water . The product has good processing results of dealing with the living sewage of low concentration ,printing and dyeing liquid water of mid-concentration ,oiled waste water , food industry waste water of high concentration and chemical processing liquid water .This product is widely used in anaerobic ,oxygen-compatible and aerobic processing crafts.

Note :The product is used in pretreatment craft of slightly polluted water supply with low depth . It can wipe off the NH3 –N ,NO2-N ,turbid matter , Fe and others as much as 80%~90%,deal with chroma CDO mm reaching 25%.
