Plastic standard structured packing can be divided into plastic wire net packing, plastic plate corrugated packing and plastic perforated plate corrugated packing etc.Plastic wire net packing consists of polypropylene thread polypropylene Acrylic thread,it has a good chemical stability.Plastic plate corrugated packing has the advantage of light weight,mass transfer rate,low pressure drop,large specific surface area,easy change.Plastic perforated corrugated packing is made of improved polypropylene and other material,and its performance is similar to the metallic perforated corrugated packing with the same dimension.Meantime,it has the characteristc of corrosion resistance,low heaping density,high operation elasticity and non-distinctness in the amplificatory effect,suitable for application in strong acid and corrosive substance,and widely used in the absorption and desorption process,gas purification,gas solution production,and recycle of waste heat.at the maximum temperature of 150 ℃
