Ceramic standard structured packing
Ceramic standard structured packing is a kind of column shape and single layer corrugated packing,consisting of many moire pieces with the same geometric shape and parallel to each other. According to the different obliquity of corrugated sheet,this product is divided into X-style and Y-style,and X and Y stand for the 30oand 45orespectively. Ceramic standard structured packing has a series of advantage,such as high efficiency,low pressure drop,great treatment,little liquid content,unremarkable amplifying effect and high elasticity in operation.With an unique structure,and excellent hydrophilic performance,the very thin liquid film can be formed in the surface of ceramic,and the flow of liquid film as well as obliquited&flexural passage can promote the airflow but not obstruct it,making the efficiency of this product can be comparable with metallic corrugated packing.Our company can make the production of different specific surface area and flexible standard structured packing,in terms of customer's demands.

Light ceramic packing
Light ceramic packing series has the following features.First,the multi-pore packing has a light specific weight,and low obstruction.In the flux of coal gas at 50000 m 3 /hour in naphthalene washing tower,the obstruction to the tower is less than 50mm mercury pole,and the operative obstruction is less than 100mm mercury pole.In this case,it is not easy to cause block,and overcome the shortcoming of fragile and easy to jam.Second,the multi-pore packing has a large mass-transfer coefficient,large effective area and great effect.By the testing on the multi-pore packing performance,it show that the mass-transfer coeffient is 2.2 times higher than whole ceramic packing.After packed,multi-pore packing overlap with nearby packing,and there are only six supporting legs as the noneffective area.Moreover,the form of gas and liquid transfer is contact.With the tiny pore of honeycomb shape,and microscopic pores along with space liquid drop area,the effective area of multi-pore packing is higher than 99.5%,resulting in a better separating and purifying effect.Third,the heat resistance of multi-pore packing is excellent,and its fireproof rate is as high as 1400℃ . Meantime,it can resist sudden cold and sudden heat.With excellent acid and alkali resistance,the multi-pore packing has a long lifetime,and it is not easy to aging.Fourth,multi-pore packing belongs to standard structured packing.It can made into a circular shape after incision.It is not only convenient to pack,but also make use of 100% packing flat.Because of the non-incision for other standard structured packing,there would inevitably exist many holes around the tower.In this case,it bring about serious phenomena of wall flow and canal flow,and thus influence the using effect at different degrees.Multi-pore packing successfully solve the conflict between void rate and specific surface area.It is not easy to cause the block and because of the high efficiency,multi-pore packing is becoming the best choice for the user.
